Complete Engineering/Process Engineering
JMC’s wide-ranging engineering prowess encompasses capabilities to prepare layout drawings for agro-based pulp mills including raw material preparation, cooking section, washing and screening section, multistage bleaching section & chemical recovery, stock preparation, developing approach flow systems, vacuum system, material balancing, detailed flow sheets of paper machine, piping layouts/plans, foundation plans, instrumentation loop and logic diagrams, pumps and valve list, hydraulic and pneumatic control circuit diagrams, drive layout/schedule and documentation.
Production Team Training & Manpower Supply
Our experienced team has a proven track record when it comes to the erection and commissioning of plants on an EPC basis. JMC provides talented manpower that ensures smooth operations for a paper plant and also extending support for regular maintenance. We offer our staff qualitative training programs that enable them to operate plants at the highest levels!
Erection & Commissioning
JMC Paper Tech Pvt. Ltd. is having an experienced team for the successful execution of the paper plant projects starting from the supply of the paper plant machinery up to erection and installation of the same on-site and subsequently commissioning the total plant on a turnkey basis. We also provide manpower service for the production output of the paper plant on a contractual basis.
Paper Plant Rebuild & Expansions
Based on the customer’s existing established setup of a paper plant & its operational conditions, JMC develops a strategic estimation and a project analysis report for the required modifications and rebuilds to achieve capacity enhancement.
